Complaints and Service Policy
JWResource would like you to be completely satisfied with our service, and we are committed to providing this to the very best of our ability, and to all of our customers. If you do have any questions regarding our service, or are unhappy with anything that we do please contact us immediately. Your feedback will not only give us the opportunity to help you, but will ensure that we can make the relevant changes so as to help us achieve our goals of being able to provide the very best service available. The recruitment industry offers very different working levels of service from firm to firm, and so as to differentiate ourselves from the rest we are committed to always behaving in the best way possible, by working as hard as possible to deliver the best service for both candidates and clients.
Any queries raised will be answered immediately and we will take whatever steps are necessary so as to amicably resolve this matter as quickly as possible, and to ultimately avoid a repeat occurrence.

In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with the response received via the option above you can file a complaint by contacting the JWResource Manager Director, John Wright.

John will contact you within 24 hours to qualify the full details and will then investigate your complaint
Once we’ve had a chance to investigate this complaint we shall respond to you with a suggested way forwards, usually within 36 hours.
